1. Go to the team website... 

2. Select the "Calendar" from the header.

3. Find the next meet on the calendar. Remember, the job board for each meet doesn't open until the Sunday before the next meet, and will close, ( you won't be able to sign up anymore), on the Thursday before the meet.

4. On the date of the meet there will be a V in a box. Select it.

5. From there you will be able to select the job or jobs you want to work at the meet. Please be sure you do not select jobs that require you to be 2 places at the same time unless you plan on doing one job and someone else from your family doing the other.

6. If sometime before the next Thursday an emergency comes up and you will not be able to fulfill your commitment, you can go on to the website the same way and take your name off a job. If it is after Thursday, please call or text the volunteer coordinator so that she can manually take you out. We ask though that you only do this in emergency situations and notify the VC immediately! If we don't know until the morning of the meet that you will not be there it leaves us searching for someone to do your job.

7. When you arrive at the meet, there will be a Volunteer table. Please find the table and sign in before you head to your job. If we don't have record of you being there we can't give you your points.
