Welcome!  We are excited to host you at our pool.

Please share the following information with your team before the meet. 

Pool Address: 13850 Zion Rd. Tomball, TX 77375 

Parking: All parking is across the street at Tomball Junior High School

Pool: Our pool is an 8-lane, regulation 25-yard pool. Starting blocks are located at one end of the pool. Coaches’ chairs are located on the side opposite the spectator bleachers. 

Team Set-up: Visiting teams may set up tents in the grassy areas around the natatorium.

Officials: We hold an officials meeting at 7:45 on the morning of the meet.  

Volunteers: The meet is divided into two shifts: Events 1-40 Events 41-80 The announcer will call for shift changes. Your team should provide the following volunteers for the meet: 

• Computers: 1 per shift 
• Timers: 12 per shift 
• Scribe: 4 per shift 
• Ribbon Writer: Ribbon team to handle labeling and sorting your team’s ribbons 
• Ready Bench: 2 per shift 
• Runner: 1 per shift 

Meet Timeline:

• TCATS Warm-up: 7:00AM
• Visiting Team Warm-up: 7:30AM
• Officials Meeting: 7:45AM
• Scratch Meeting: 8:00AM
• Timer Meeting: 8:15AM
• Meet Starts: 8:30AM

Please have all volunteers in place to allow for a prompt start to the meet.

Meet Results: Results will be posted on the wall outside the computer room. The Swimtopia app may have results but you must be logged in. We do not sell Heat Sheets.

Concessions: We will have a concession area open for breakfast, lunch and snacks throughout the meet. Our concessions items may be purchased with:
