Towel Order Status
Parents,
I would like to apologize for the fact that you have not yet received the personalized towel that you ordered for your swimmer during registration. I have once again reached out to the vendor and was told that it would likely be another 6 weeks before we received the order. The season would long be over by then so we elected to cancel the order and will be refunding you the fee you paid for the towel. This vendor is one we have used for multiple seasons without issue but it seems they have had difficulties this past year like many companies.
We will have refund checks available for you to pick up at practice on Tuesday at the front desk. If you have any questions please let me know.
