Shirts are in and we will begin distributing them today at practice.  Please wear them to pictures on Monday!!!

Volunteer deposit checks are DUE TODAY!  Beginning Tuesday of next week, kids will not be allowed to practice if there is not a check on file!  There will be an envelope at the sign in desk to put them in!

Lots of families forgot to commit their kid for the meet this weekend.  Please know, your child must be committed/declined by Tuesday night of each week.  This allows coaches to enter kids in events on Wednesday so that we can send to other team on Thursday morning.  We work meets on a strict deadline schedule.  Please remember to commit/decline each week.  Keep in mind, kids must swim in three dual meets to swim at divisionals!!!

For Saturday, please sign up to work a shift if you have not already done so.  

There will be volunteer sign up table and you must wear a volunteer badge to be on deck at all meets.  Don't forget your badge.

Sign in: 6:30-6:45 (you must circle in your child so we know they are here)

TCAT Warmup: 7:00AM They need to be ready to enter pool with caps and goggles by 6:55AM

Officials meeting: 7:45AM

Scratch meeting: 8:00AM (This is when I scratch your kid because they did not circle in.  This is also when I stress out about changing relays because kids did not show up.)

Timer meeting: 8:15AM behind the blocks

Meet Start: 8:30AM  

All of the above must run smoothly and on time for us to start on time.  We were able to work out all of the trouble spots last weekend (including the printer ink) so we should be good to go.  Please let me know if you have any questions!

Don't forget!!!  Please make sure that you do not leave early if your kid is signed up for a relay!!!  I will try to post relays on Remind that morning!
