Good morning parents!

If you attended practice last night, you know that it was VERY busy.  We got word yesterday that Tomball Memorial pool is shut down for emergency maintenance for an unknown amount of time.  They are working to fix the problem, but it effects our practices as well as all of those that normally swim TASC at the Tomball Memorial location.

Tracy has worked very hard trying to figure out a way to get 300+ TASC swimmers in the pool without disrupting our 100+ TCAT swimmers too much.  Here is what we have come up with.  We will start this new practice schedule today and go through this week.  We will constantly be reevaluating if this will work long term (in case the other pool is closed longer than we would like.)

STARTING TONIGHT

8 and under practice: 6:30-7:00

9-10:  7:00-7:30

11 and up: 7:00-8:00

Also, we now have alot more traffic in our parking lot and they are coming and going constantly.  We have been asked to keep all siblings of swimmers in our sight and not let them outside without an adult. Yesterday we had kiddos running around the parking lot unsupervised.  

Thank you for all of your help in this matter and know that I will hear any concerns as we negotiate this problem.  Also, don't forget to go in and commit/decline the meet today so I can start building the meet!
