Wanted to send out a quick email to let you know that the estimated timeline and pysch sheet is ready for our meet this weekend.  

Thank you guys for being flexible this week, but I do feel that there are a few things that need to be addressed after this week.

1.  At NO TIME is a parent or guardian allowed on deck during practice times.  We are spoiled to be able to have an indoor facility and would like to keep it.  Since we practice during a USA swim time there are many USA swim rules that prohibit non certified people to be on deck.  This includes parents.  If you have your USA certification and would have a reason to be ondeck during a practice please let me know.  We can be kicked out of the facility due to disobeying this rule.  All coaches on deck are in compliance with these rules!

2.  Recently some actions of some of the swimmers have been very unacceptable.  I am a firm believer in second chances and as a former teacher I realize that the last week of school brings the 'crazies' out.  I need your help with supervision and keeping the kids on their best behavior. Parent supervision is a must.  Please help me and let me know IMMEDIATELY if there is anything that needs to be addressed.  We want swim to be fun, but we need kids to be safe and making good choices.
