Attached are the meet program, estimated timeline and warmup assignments for the Sprint Sizzler Meet this Sunday and Monday.  

Warmups: ALL SWIMMERS MUST ATTEND WARMUPS!  THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL

• Sunday - 10:20am  Lanes 7 & 8 East Pool
• Monday - 3:20pm  Lanes 7 & 8 East Pool

VOLUNTEERS:  We have one timing chair to fill on Sunday.  Please sign up for a shift as soon as possible.  Signups are open on the team website.
