Good Evening, Cougars!

I have had quite a few questions sent in regarding the invitational meets this season.  

Invitational Meets are optional meets, held mid and end-of-season that are open to swimmers reaching a certain level of competition. Swimmers must meet qualifying times in order to participate. Qualifying times vary depending on the invitational. 

Attached to this email you will find meet announcements for the invitationals we will attend the season.  Meet Announcements can also be found on the meet schedule on the team website.  These meets offer a fantastic opportunity for our families and swimmers to compete at a higher level. 

Each meet does require additional entry fees in order to participate. Entry fees are required to be paid online on our team website, through our TEAM STORE, before the entry deadline. You must also declare your athletes intention to participate through the meet declaration portal by the deadline.  Due to the nature of these meets and the entry process we are required to follow, LATE ENTRIES CAN NOT BE ACCEPTED.  Payments will only be accepted via the team store.

2023 Mid-Season Meet

• Sprint Sizzler @ CyFair ISD Natatorium - June 4-5th
• LAST CHANCE TO QUALIFY - MAY 27TH
• Entries due May 27th by 6PM

2023 End-of-Season Meets

• Trinity @ Conroe ISD Natatorium - June 24th-25th
• Ponderosa @ Cy-Fair ISD Natatorium - June 24th-25th
• LAST CHANCE TO QUALIFY - JUNE 17TH
• Entries due June 17 by 6PM
