This week we are back to normal practice times.

Mon-Thursday

6&under: 5-5:30

7-8: 5:30-6

9-10: 6-6:30

11&up: 6:30-7:30 (We will be extending to an hour practice for this age group starting today)

Next week there is practice (June20-23)…

The volunteer sign up is open for Divisionals this week. there are less spots then on a normal home meet and different spots as well. Please read the descriptions carefully to make sure you know what is expected.

What a great day for swimming.  We may not have won, but there were lots of time drops today and even more names added to the list of qualifiers for Trinity and Ponderosa.

Tomorrow will be our last dual meet and it will be a hot one!  Please bring extra water and a great attitude.  I have attached the heat sheet and estimated timeline.  See you all bright and early!
